CPC Member Snapshot: Etienne Castelli-Pochon has been active in career counseling since 1992, when he started advising alumni from his alma mater in Boston, Massachusetts, who wanted to give their careers an international direction. Based in Toronto, he has guided hundreds of mid-to-senior executives in Canada, the US, Europe, and Latin America in their overall career transition process. CPC Member Snapshot: Interview Skills Coach, Paul Olson RPC completed over 30 years within the fire service, the last seven of those years were as Assistant Fire Chief. One of his major tasks as a Chief was being responsible for the hiring. This meant working in all areas of the process.
