New! Work-Life Coaching Program

Why you need to join Career Professionals of Canada membership

When it comes to keeping current, CPC is always a step ahead. Our newest program will help you enable clients to create sustainable and resilient careers in the new world of work.

CPC recruited a team of talented professionals to develop and validate our new Certified Work-Life Strategist (CWS) designation and the associated Work-Life Coaching Course. We are excited for you to see the 215-page Canadian Work-Life Strategist eGuide that comes with this program.

The definition of career development includes living, learning, and working, and this program focuses broadly on all three areas. It discusses the current techniques, concepts, and strategies that you can use to support your clients’ career development goals.

Work-Life Coaching Course (CDP-102)

Our part-time Career Development Practitioner (CDP) program includes the new Work-Life Coaching Course.  This is an intensive 45 hour, 3 week program.

CPC courses are designed to give you personalized professional development. They are fully facilitated and you receive a very rich interactive learning experience. Each week you complete five modules working along with other students. You complete the modules on your schedule as you’re able to access the course during the daytime, evening, or weekend, as you prefer.

CPC Members receive a 50% discount on all online courses. Check our course schedule and pricing page for further details. The Canadian Work-Life Strategist 2022 Edition CWS eGuide

Certified Work-Life Strategist (CWS)

CPC members can apply for the Certified Work-Life Strategist (CWS) certification through our Self-Study program. CPC’s certifications are professional credentials that validate your competencies. Once you have registered, you will have access to the study material and you have a full year to complete the certification process.

CPC’s Fast-Track program allows you to bypass the self-study process. You will be granted your CWS credential immediately if you have already completed an approved course. Learn how to Fast-Track your Certified Work-Life Strategist (CWS).

When you receive the CWS designation, you can use the letters after your name. You can also use the logo on your résumé, business card, and website.
