Mental Health Week

Every year, one in five Canadians experience issues related to mental health or addiction.
May 4-10, 2015 – Mental Health Week
CMHA’s Mental Health Week is an annual national event that takes place during the first week in May to encourage people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect and engage with others on all issues relating to mental health.
Host your own Mental Health Fundraiser. Use this toolkit of materials to help promote CMHA’s 64th annual Mental Health Week. There are also four different factsheets that highlight this year’s theme Men and Boys’ mental health.
Use the CMHA’s Mental Health Meter, to reflect on your unique strengths and identify areas where your level of mental fitness could be improved to help you cope with all of life’s up and downs.
