Members Matter! Meet Isabeau Iqbal
Dr. Isabeau Iqbal is a career coach who works with ambitious perfectionists ready to move forward in their career. She helps people take action, make decisions, reduce overwhelm, and overcome procrastination so they can feel a deep sense of fulfillment at work and in their career.
As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Isabeau facilitates CliftonStrengths (aka “StrengthsFinder”) workshops for teams and groups that are excited to explore and better use their strengths in their work partnerships and teams. She is also certified with the International Coaching Federation and was selected as one of the top 21 coaches in Vancouver in 2021 by Influence Digest Magazine.
She is a mother and spouse, and lives on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam people in Vancouver, Canada. Isabeau loves being active and you’ll often find her hiking in the mountains on the weekends. She volunteers for the BC Mobility Opportunities Society, an organization that allows people with disabilities to visit parks and trails, and is a volunteer leader for two local hiking clubs.
