CPC Member Spotlight: Rita Kamel
Rita Kamel is an award-winning Career Development Practitioner (CDP) and founder of DossierPro, dedicated to helping professionals navigate careers with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She works with clients from around the world, guiding them through career transitions, résumé development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
Passionate about career development, Rita’s mission is to empower individuals to recognize their value, make informed decisions, and pursue meaningful opportunities worldwide. She draws on extensive recruiting experience gained in Lebanon, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Europe, and Canada, helping clients succeed in global markets.
Recognized by Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) with multiple national honours since 2021, Rita is the recipient of the 2025 award for Outstanding Résumé – Internationally Educated Professional and the 2023 Outstanding Career Leader Award, the top award in CPC’s Awards of Excellence Program. She is designated a Master Certified Career Strategist, Master Certified Employment Strategist, Certified Résumé Strategist, Certified Interview Strategist, and Certified Work-Life Strategist through CPC’s certification program.
Originally from Lebanon, trilingual in English, French, and Arabic, Rita transitioned her 15-year career to Canada in 2022. Since then, she has published books and launched an online course to support international job seekers.
Beyond career coaching, Rita is a crochet artisan and a Craft Yarn Council Certified Crochet Instructor. She also enjoys taking walks with other CPC members in Edmonton, Alberta.
