Olajumoke (Ola) Fatoki is the Founder and CEO of Thrive Careers Consulting, where she helps newcomers, internationally trained professionals, and career pivoters build careers that fit their lives, not just their résumés. Her guiding belief: hope is not a career strategy.
A Career Development Professional and now a Certified Future Strategist (CFS), Ola pairs hands-on coaching with a clear-eyed view of where work is heading, including the rise of AI.
She also hosts the award-winning Thrive Careers Podcast (Best Careers Podcaster, 2025 Women Podcasters Awards) and partners with the New Canadians Centre, Halton Industry Education Council, and public libraries across Ontario to ensure career support reaches the people who need it most.
What drives her is personal: Ola has lived the immigrant career journey. She knows what it costs to start over and what it takes to thrive. For her, every client is a chance to turn uncertainty into direction.
