CPC Member of the Week: Paula Hayes
Paula Hayes is a consummate professional with over twenty years of experience in the non-profit and employment services industry. Paula currently works with Easter Seals, Newfoundland and Labrador, where she is the Director of Employment and Educational Services. She has been instrumental in the continued growth of her department, and proudly leads a dedicated team in developing and implementing programs that support individuals with disabilities to obtain employment or post-secondary training. Paula builds lasting relationships with key stakeholders and is an accomplished proposal writer. Recently, she secured multi-year government funds to continue to support Newfoundlanders and Labradorians with disabilities in their search for employment. A proud member of CPC, Paula has received her Certified Career Strategist designation. She encourages others to learn with CPC to enhance their credentials in the valuable work we all do in supporting career development. CPC Members Matter!
