CPC Member of the Week: Patricia Mosca

Patricia Mosca (she/her) is a graduate of McMaster University’s Bachelor of Commerce program, which included specialized courses in human resources and leadership. Boasting nearly 20 years of recruitment experience across diverse industries, Patricia possesses a deep understanding of the current job market and the requirements of today’s employers. In 2019, she embarked on a consulting career and has assisted nearly 100 clients in forging new career paths. Her career coaching expertise was further validated when she obtained CPC’s Certified Interview Strategist (CIS) designation. Patricia has made notable contributions as a member of the Diversity Advisory Sub-Committee, commissioned by the Board of Directors of Ontario Soccer. She has made it her mission to provide valuable job market education sessions to students at Bishop Ryan Catholic High School and has served as a guest speaker at a Work Placement Preparation class at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology. Patricia’s genuine passion lies in guiding individuals along their career and life journeys. She firmly believes that selecting a new path or job is a life-changing decision for her clients and she treats her responsibility to support and advise them with the utmost care.
