CPC Member of the Week: Milic Kovacevic

With over 12 years of experience at McMaster University, Milic Kovacevic has held various roles including Employer Development Officer and Career Development and Relationship Manager. Milic currently holds the position of Career Educator. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on serving the Faculty of Engineering. Prior to joining the university, Milic’s experience includes working as a Program Manager where he played a crucial role in assisting foreign-trained engineers with their transition into the Canadian system. Prior to that, Milic spent two years working in Human Resources in the aerospace industry, where he gained a deep understanding of the industry and its hiring practices. CPC Members Matter!
