CPC Member of the Week: Mercy Beilem
Mercy Beilem is a dedicated career coach at the NWT Career Centre in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. With her certification as a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) through the Career Development Association of Alberta, and membership in Career Professionals of Canada (CPC), Mercy brings valuable expertise and knowledge to her role. She provides comprehensive career development support to a diverse range of individuals, including Indigenous and non-Indigenous individuals, newcomers, and people of colour. Mercy’s work aligns with the values and principles of the organization and she is passionate about empowering her clients to define realistic career goals. As the first CCDP in the Northwest Territories, she takes great pride in her accomplishment and uses her skills to interact effectively with individuals from various backgrounds. Mercy’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development allows her to enhance her abilities in assisting job seekers.
