Kamee Gilmore is an award-winning résumé writer, personal brand strategist, and 8x certified career professional who helps individuals uncover their unique value, reclaim confidence, and build purpose-driven careers. As Founder & CEO of Paradigm Solutions | PRCS Canada, she partners with students, professionals, and executives across North America to craft transformative career marketing tools that blend strategy, storytelling, and authenticity.
A proud Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) member since 2016, Kamee has earned multiple Awards of Excellence and now serves as an Awards Adjudicator and Certification Assessor, contributing to high standards and a strong professional community. Her passion for career development began during Alberta’s 2014 oil crash, when she helped trades professionals navigate job loss and transition—an experience that intensified her commitment to helping others find clarity, confidence, and resilience in times of change.
Shaped by early-life adversity and homelessness, Kamee brings deep empathy and perspective to her work. She also serves on the Board of Directors for YOUCAN Youth Services, helping young people remove barriers and step confidently into employment and economic independence. Through her work, she champions a message she holds close: when you know your worth, everything changes.
