Submission Guidelines:
- Nominees must be active CPC members in good standing.
- Individuals may submit up to two distinct nominations in different categories.
- Each submission must include a 500-word strategy statement and supporting documents, combined into a single PDF file.
- Ensure your submission adheres to all specified guidelines to be considered.
