CPC Member Spotlight: Gabrielle Suttis
Gabrielle Suttis is a Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS) and the owner of Go-Getter Resumes, where she empowers mid-career professionals to articulate their value and accelerate their job search success. A proud CPC member since 2018, Gabrielle secured her very first client through the CPC Member Directory—an early milestone that shaped her dedication to the community.
Her award-winning writing and ongoing volunteer service on the CPC Awards of Excellence judging team reflect her commitment to elevating the career development profession and supporting fellow practitioners. Beyond her client work, Gabrielle has been a podcast guest and is an active member of three additional industry associations, continually investing in professional growth and community engagement.
Before founding Go-Getter Resumes, Gabrielle worked as an in-house recruiter, where she gained two pivotal insights: 1) a significant communication gap exists between employers and candidates, and 2) hiring would be much easier if only job seekers knew how to write résumés! These realizations sparked her passion for résumé writing and career storytelling.
Growing up in rural Alberta, Gabrielle spent 20 years in Edmonton before moving to Phoenix, Arizona, in January 2025. She is passionate about bringing a human touch back into the hiring process by helping job seekers recognize their accomplishments and communicate their value with clarity.
