The career professionals who thrive in a changing world will not simply be those who know how to use technology. They will be those who know how to use it thoughtfully, ethically, and in ways that strengthen human connection and trust.

This survey is about more than member satisfaction. It is an opportunity to reflect on the culture and well-being of our community today, explore what is changing within our profession, and help shape CPC’s future together.
