Sharon Graham
Sharon Graham founded Career Professionals of Canada in 2004, setting the cornerstones for quality service, ethical standards, and excellence in the profession. She served as the organization’s executive director until 2023, ensuring that CPC's mandate is upheld with integrity and kindness.
Cathy Milton
Cathy Milton became a member of CPC in 2010 and a longstanding volunteer, after a successful career in the Canadian telecommunications industry. Cathy has completed all of CPC's online courses, becoming Master-Certified in all five specialty areas, and has supported CPC members in management roles.
Dorothy Keenan
Dorothy Keenan has been supporting a broad cross-section of the labour force for the last 25 years. She has managed career development programs in non-profit and academic settings and currently operates FutureWorks a résumé writing and outplacement business.
Felisha Ali
Felisha Ali is a lifelong learner with 25+ years and a background in education, career development, and leadership and employee training. Her Master of Education in Educational Leadership, along with other educational credentials have been instrumental in shaping her career and supporting CPC's memberhip and communications.
Ayesha Bhikha
Ayesha Bhikha brings 25 years of experience in not-for-profit and corporate sectors. As the Director of Career & Women’s Services at Achēv, Ayesha provides strategic leadership to a diverse portfolio of programs. She is passionate about advocating for those without a voice so that they can be seen, heard, accepted, and empowered.
Gabrielle LeClair
Gabrielle LeClair brings 20 years of industry experience. Principal consultant of GDL Consulting, Gabrielle specializes in the intersection where adult education and career development meet. As CPC's past Certification Chair and Standards Manager, Gabrielle stewarded CPC’s professional development programming.
Erika Mendonca-DeSilva
Erika Mendonca-DeSilva is a multi-certified award-winning career strategist with 15+ years assisting individuals maximize their potential. Erika has earned a reputation for her kindness, compassion, integrity and professionalism. As Executive Career Strategist at The Talent Company, she works with individuals at all levels from entry to C-suite.
Barb Penney
Barb Penney is an award-winning résumé writer and career advisor providing services through her business, Winning Résumés Career Solutions. With 25+ years of HR leadership experience, she helped CPC transition to a non-profit organization. She also served as CPC's course instructor and has volunteered in various key roles.
Brad Whitehorn
Brad Whitehorn, is the associate director at CLSR Inc. developing and offering various career and personality assessments including Personality Dimensions®. As a lifelong learner, Brad is usually enrolled in at least one course at any given time. A CCDP, he also has certificates in employment services, social media management, and French.
Skye Berry
Skye Berry is the Executive Director of Career Professionals of Canada, the leading national association for career development practitioners. With over 15 years of dedicated involvement in CPC, Skye brings deep institutional knowledge, strategic leadership, and a proven commitment to fostering a vibrant, supportive community.
Debbie Lapointe
Debbie Lapointe is CPC's Operations Administrator, providing exemplary support to CPC members and students. She ensures smooth daily operations by managing administrative, technical, and event-related systems. Debbie also supports clients through her service, Biz E-Solutions.
Lori Jazvac
Lori Jazvac is a long-standing volunteer at CPC and a Master-Certified Résumé Strategist (MCRS). She supports clients through her résumé writing and brand marketing service, Creative Horizons Communications.
