Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) is a Not-For-Profit Association incorporated in Ontario. We are primarily a volunteer-based organization that relies on membership, certification, event, and course registration income to support our programs and services. All sales are final and non-refundable. In special cases, we may provide a credit on your account to be used toward future CPC training, events, or membership renewal.
Membership & Certification Application
Once registered and paid, Membership and Certification fees are final. Membership benefits and certification resources are not transferrable to another individual. If you are unable to continue your membership or certification due to exceptional circumstances, you may request a credit.
Live Event Registration
You must pay the invoice in full to reserve your spot. Event registrations fees are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event. If you face unexpected challenges, you may request a credit.
Online Course Registration
Online Course fees are final. Since access is provided immediately, refunds are not available. If you face unexpected challenges, you may request a credit.
How to Request a Credit
To request a credit, Contact Us in writing with your name, purchase details, and a short explanation. We will review your request and let you know within 10 business days. If approved, your credit will be added to your account and must be used within 12 months.
