Ethics (CDP-01) + Theory (CDP-02)

The Career Development Ethics & Standards course will help you make good ethical decisions and identify proactive strategies to avoid ethical problems. Career Development Theory, Models & Practices will help you learn to analyze and apply existing and emerging theories and models in your day-to-day work. If you complete CDP-01 and CDP-02 you can then choose to fast-track your CCS and get certified right away.

Ethics and Theory are mandatory courses for the provincial Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) certification. If you are working towards your CCDP, then take these courses.
