CPC Member of the Week: Hannah Cruickshank

Hannah Cruickshank is a multi-credentialed career development practitioner and Employment Consultant who offers her services through the Employment and Training Program on Walpole Island First Nation. She says that her most valued accomplishment is being a co-writer and co-developer of a 3-year strategic plan which provided a framework to improve services offered by the Employment and Training Program for jobseekers with disabilities. Hannah has a bachelor’s degree in Human Rights and Equity studies from York University and is furthering her education in Human Resources Management at Lambton College. The first professional association she joined was Career Professionals of Canada. She has been able to practically apply concepts and skills obtained from CPC courses to maintain a person-centered, holistic approach with the people she supports. Hannah is patient, understanding, empathetic, compassionate, objective, genuinely interested in and respectful of people from all walks of life, and strives to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.
