Remembrance Day is commemorated every year on November 11th. The poppy serves as a symbol of sacrifice and a visual pledge to never forget the fallen. On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, we observe two minutes of silence to honour and pay tribute to the members of our armed forces who died in service to Canada.
