Celebrating All Administrative Professionals

Every year, on the Wednesday of the last full week in April, we recognize the immense contributions made by administrative professionals.

According to the latest Canadian census, there are more than 1.8 million office and administrative professionals working in Canada. Their roles are incredibly diverse and are found throughout the private and public sectors.

Celebrate Administrative Professionals Day! Show your team members that you have noticed and appreciate how much they contribute to your organization’s success.

This year, with the majority of people working from home, consider sending an ecard or, better yet, a nice greeting card with a hand-written note of appreciation. Make a point of calling your administrative staff at home, specifically to thank them for all they do. If applicable, gift them with some online professional development courses or some well-deserved time off with pay.
