LevelUp is a supervisory training program designed to support clients in developing the necessary leadership skills and strategies to achieve supervisory roles.

The Workshop Facilitator educates, inspires and supports Learners to achieve employment. They are responsible for ensuring all LevelUp workshop topics and curriculum support a Learner’s employment goals. Through instruction techniques that are suitable for a variety of learning styles, they help Learners build their skills for employment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years’ facilitation experience within the career development field
  • direct experience leading groups of unemployed individuals, and a strong understanding of the issues they face in seeking employment
