WCG is excitedly anticipating the launch of our Calgary Career Hub in the Crowfoot area of Calgary. We will be growing our team in order to support a rapid implementation of this new employment service. Team members will assist in the successful delivery of job placement services to a diverse Client base of unemployed Albertans who wish to rapidly enter/re-enter the workforce. Calgary Career Hub will help Clients develop the job search skills needed for effective labour market transitions now and in the future.

The Job Developer work with a wide variety of local employers on behalf of Clients to place them in employment opportunities. Job Developers are able to provide employers with information, advantages and benefits of hiring Clients from the Calgary Career Hub Services. When a Client is successfully matched with an employer, the Job Developer will work with that Client to ensure a Client’s post-placement needs are met at the workplace ensuring retention success.

The successful candidate will have:
• a minimum of 3 years’ experience in effectively marketing Clients of all skill levels
• a strong ability to market Calgary Career Hub employment services to potential employers
• the ability to travel within the Calgary area, including clean driver’s license and own vehicle
